Overview: In this session, we'll dive into key components of a successful math action plan.

- Identify long-term objectives: Define the overarching 1-3 objectives to strengthen your math program.
- Monitor improvement: Learn how to track and measure progress in your selected focus areas.
- Set short-term milestones: Determine actionable key-results to achieve this year.
What Does Success Look Like for A Math Action Plan & How To Measure It!
Overview: This session will focus on defining success and creating a system for tracking progress.
- Do some math!: Participate in a math activity to reinforce your understanding.
- Revisit short-term key-results: Refine key-results to achieve this year and how to collect evidence.
- Inventory current infrastructure: Evaluate existing subsystems.

Strengthening Your Math Action Plan for Next Year
Overview: In this session, you'll focus on tracking and analyzing progress to strengthen your plan for the future.
- Do some math!: Engage in a math problem to enhance your strategic thinking.
- Progress tracking: Complete the progress tracking sheet to clearly articulate your plan.
Assessment and next steps: Take the school assessment to identify areas for reinforcement and make adjustments for the next school year.
