History of the Jane Elizabeth Brauer Educational Grant

In 2011, the Wisconsin mathematics education community lost a good friend and advocate, Jane Brauer, when she lost her battle to cancer.  Through the generosity of the McGraw-Hill Education Group, the Jane Elizabeth Brauer Educational Grant was established in 2011 to provide monetary assistance for mathematics educators to attend the WMC Annual Conference in Green Lake.  The grant, administered through the Wisconsin Educational Foundation, pays tribute to Jane’s many contributions to mathematics education.
