25 Year Award

Each year WMC awards certificates to educators who have been active in mathematics education for 25 years.  Anyone who will have completed 25 years or more  by the end of the current school year, and has not previously received this award, is eligible to receive the award this year.  The certificates are given out at the Green Lake meeting in May.  Certificates will be mailed to those who cannot attend.

If you wish to receive the award this year, and are eligible, the following  information should be submitted by March 1:

• Name (as it should appear on the certificate)
• Number of years involved in mathematics education in Wisconsin
• Name of current school or district
• City where school or work location is located
• Mailing Address
